Please contact us for maintenance if your ordered Realized Studio items were damaged and needed to repair. Maintenance cost may vary depends on the items' condition. Enamel items are very delicate, if ever damaged, it's impossible to repair back to original due to technique limitation , please handle with extra care.
Please check the delivered items from Realized Studio upon arrival. Shell you find any problem or the sent items did not match the description of the ordered items listed on the website, please contact us within 3 days of arrival for return or exchange process. All returned or exchanged items should be shipped within 5 days of arrival and in their original packaging and condition, including the items, gift packaging, accessories, bonus items, and documentation if applicable. Please note that Realized Studio will not be responsible for any risk of losses or damages incurred during the return transportation.
